Endocrinology Clinic: Transition to a New Practice Model

I hope this letter finds you in good health. First and foremost, I want to reassure you that I am not retiring. My commitment to providing the best possible care to my patients has always been my top priority. Over the years, I have deeply valued the trust and relationships I have built with you. With this in mind, I have decided to slow down my practice while ensuring that I can continue to provide the specialized care you need.

New Practice Model

Starting January 1st, 2025, I will be transitioning my practice to a new model that better aligns with my desire to offer personalized, high-quality care while also addressing the challenges of the current healthcare system. Over the years, working with insurance companies has become increasingly burdensome, making it difficult to maintain the standard of care I believe you deserve. To continue practicing in a way that prioritizes your health and well-being, I have decided to move to a fee-for-service model. I will no longer be accepting any type of insurance.

New Fee Structure

In this new model, we will be adopting a membership-based fee structure. Here are the key details:

Annual Membership Fee: $240 per year. This fee grants access to membership benefits and services provided by the Practice, allowing us to focus on delivering personalized care.
Per Visit Fee: $279 per visit. This fee is all-inclusive, covering both the consultation and any necessary lab work during your visit, provided the lab work is performed at a LabCorp facility and accompanied by a specific lab request from our office. Lab work conducted at any other facility will incur additional charges from the external facility.

This approach will allow us to maintain a high standard of care, minimize administrative burdens, and ensure that your healthcare needs are met promptly and effectively.
